This week, Lawn Fawn has had their fabulous inspiration week start up and there are loads of new projects that are being highlighted on the blog this week!
To create this layout, I cut out 5 different pattern paper pieces using the large journaling die. I stitched each one of these down, layering them on top of each other. Then, I used the smaller 3x4" journaling die and cut out each of my photos with it. I layered these on top of the pattern papers. I cut out one more small journaling die and typed my journaling on it and then stamped at the bottom of it. I created a custom title for my layout using my Silhouette Cameo and used foam dots to adhere it and give it some dimension. Lastly, I tucked a few Kraft die-cuts around the layout and used a Lawn Fawn badge and some enamel dots to further embellish it.
For this layout, I cut out the scallop border using the Lawn Fawn dies. I cut 4 six inch pieces of each color and then layered them on top of each other and stitched them down. I used some photos I took using the Instagram app and layered them in the middle of the layout. I used a big title that was again cut using my Silhouette Cameo and created a smaller subtitle/journaling down the side of the layout. A few wood veneers were added and of course, the ever present enamel dots, and it was finished!
Make sure you check out the Lawn Fawn Blog this week!! Giveaways and inspiration galore!
